The Sunday before the fire through the day AFTER the fire, I was in the hospital due to a massive blood clot hitting my heart and lodging in it blocking the pulmonary artery branches (saddle pulmonary embolism with heart attack and right-sided heart failure)! I was super close to death by all medical opinions. But God had a plan and the right tests like an echocardiogram showed the doctors how to start treating me! I was discharged the day after the fire to my mom's house about 7 miles from us. Stayed with her for 1 month & husband sets up a man cave in garage to keep a watch on everything. Insurance helped get us into a rental house around Sept. 1 and by then crews started cleaning out and demolishing worst parts. On Oct. 27, my husband has a heart attack. His 2nd. Thankfully it was mild and he was there for 2 days. We've both started cardiac rehab/wellness conditioning in the past 2-3 weeks. Every once in awhile I state something in my blog that references the fire but usually not the health aspects. Crafting is a huge part of my therapy because it makes me happy to be creating little works of paper art.Becca Sadlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00852019182405514975noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3042425620328894743.post-26724130298274450372017-12-10T12:26:03.209-06:002017-12-10T12:26:03.209-06:00So sorry to read about your fire - hopefully you a...So sorry to read about your fire - hopefully you are now getting back to normal!
