MTTC #515 DT card for theme of using die cuts starting 25 August 2023

 Welcome to Becca's Heart for Creativity blog! This post showcases my DT card with the supply/technique theme of using die-cuts. 

WHAT: My Time To Craft (MTTC) #515 using die-cuts theme

WHEN: starts August 25 and last 13 days

SHOW and TELL:

1. 2 die-cuts are from Prima Marketing (light blue with pink and white frame; birthday cake image)

2. light yellow with celery green floral print cardstock = super old discovery in my older stash

3. sage green print paper = another very old discovery in my stash--Hot Off  The Press

4. creamy yellow cardstock base of A2 size; edges distressed with edge of scissor blade; newer stash

5. yarn, mini gem dots are also stash

6. Memento pear green ink pad

7. Google Doc text box (I did a sheet of different phrases) printed on kraft paper

MTTCC #67 Christmas Trees Theme DT inspiration card for 18 August 2023

Welcome to Becca's Heart for Creativity blog! My heart's happy to have found some time to create another Christmas card. This one's for an easy theme, however too many options amongst my stash boxes!!!

WHAT: My Time To Craft Christmas challenge blog; #67 theme is Christmas trees

WHEN: August 18, 2023 for 13 days

SHOW and TELL:

1. creamy ivory cardstock base is A2 size

2. tree print cardstock with other side of barn wood = Cozy Christmas cardstock pad from Fancy Pants Design; and the tree in the basket die-cut is from the Cozy Christmas ephemera package

3. tree shaped metallic foil print sentiment sticker = The Paper Studio or another Hobby Lobby connected company

4. gold mirror foil is under the tree die-cut 

5. dark pine green ink pad = Memento

6. four colors of cording = stash

7. dimensional foam tape is under the gold mirror foil cardstock tree shape to lift it up

MTTC #514 Stenciling Theme DT project for 11 August 2023

 Welcome to Becca's Heart for Creativity blog!! My heart's so happy with the results of this heart-themed card! YEA! A several years old varied hearts stencil sheet has been traced onto kraft paper. And the cardstock print base is one I've been hoarding in my stash since about 2010!!!

WHAT: My Time To Craft challenge blog's #514 stenciling theme

WHEN: August 11-24, 2023

SHOW and TELL:

1. print cardstock base is a very old hoarded stash item since approx. 2010!!! I don't remember the vendor.

2. varied heart stencil sheet = Dollar Tree

3. stencil sheet laid on a kraft paper section; with about 6 marker colors applied and then outlined with black permanent marker; marker colors chosen that were similar to the printed cardstock's colors

4. text box sentiment was one of many different expressions typed on a Google document that was printed on kraft paper; I applied yellow colored pencil on top to offer contrast from the stenciled kraft paper underneath it;

MTTCC #66 Angels or Fairies Christmas DT inspiration card for 4 August 2023

Welcome to Becca's Heart For Creativity blog! I love having time to be creative with Christmas cards. I've tackled my Christmas paper keeper and my Christmas/winter embellishments box to mash-up old and new stock for this DT card.

WHAT: My Time To Craft Christmas challenge blog #66; Fairies or Angels theme
