who: Hello, I'm Becca S, a 60+ year old artsy craftsy blogger who owns ConBC plus 12 others that are mostly specialty niche theme(s). why: I chose Column N because it's first listed element was tag. Whether the tag is used on a gift bag or hanging from a doorknob and propped in a tiered-tray, I like the creative problem-solving involved with cramming a whole lot of deliciousness into a small area!

who: Hello! I'm Becca S as known in the crafting challenge blog. Becca is short for Rebecca. I'm honorary Grandma Becca to a little girl we've babysat for and I'm Aunt Becca to my 4 adult nieces and 2 nephews. Now there are 1 great nephew and 2 great nieces who call me Aunt Becca. My husband's nieces and nephews included 4 who were/are older than me!!! Marrying a guy 12-13 years older and who was kid #6 of 7, he became an uncle when he was about 7-8 years old. who: Hello! I'm Becca S, an craft artisan blogger, who caught the paper-crafting blog bug back in 2010. I started gradually as a participant and then within a few months I became a design team member. Then I started getting involved with 3-5 teams for many years. When COVID hit, many blog owners were stepping down and I took over the management for 2 teams which gave me the confidence to start my own. Ally's Angels was a path of DT to co-owner/DT and then owner/DT. It's easy to participate at Ally's Angels due to the theme of 'anything goes'. You can submit any occasion, use any colors or topics or manufacturers' products or tools.

why: As mentioned earlier, I own AA and the theme is anything goes. This time I decided to do a layout that I refer to as fractured tiles. It's a X-pattern with opposite pieces matching with 2 printed papers.

why: I'm owner and a design team member for HQFCB and for this session, I've taken time to prepare two different fantasy character/accessories cards. Project #1 has a fairy with a toadstool and Project #2 has a toadstool house with some gnomes.

1. Colorbok = kraft cardstock top-folded w dimensions 4.25" x 5.5" 

2. Front Porch paper pad/collection (2024) by Simple Stories = inside mini card, collage print strips to extended front and back (reverse is light blue plaid); red star print & 'today' strip/label ephemera/bits & pieces

3. Nicole Brand Crafts = gems (2 in gold/yellow and 2 in red)

4.  Polkadoodles = Serenity Resting (Fairy) digital image

5. stash box = mix of markers, alcohol markers and colored pencils for the digi image & outlining/edging papers/CS; I added in the sky and grass as well as fussy cutting and outline/border for arch shape to the image

My Paper Rocks Scissors #17 DT card for 2 June 2026

who: Hello! I'm Becca S and June is my birthday month!! I'm now finally joining my childhood classmates in Club 64!! <3 choke! gasp! I'm glad I made it to another year but mentally I only think of myself as 48-50 but my body is definitely in the 60s decade! For my mom, as the firstborn, always matched me to the time of year. My arrival came in the middle of her strawberry harvest and Vacation Bible School teaching and providing cookies and punch!! She planned ahead with cookies baked and frozen. And even the strawberries were thankfully available at most farms in the area that had strawberry patches. 4 cups of sliced strawberries with 1 cup sugar mixed and then placed into freezer storage containers. That was her formula for 1 batch. But she almost made her goal to get a year's worth for her and my dad stored in the deep freezer! My dad was busy farming, taking evening theology classes, and doing US Naval Reserve duty 1 weekend every month + 2 weeks in the summer. Meanwhile, mom was employed as an RN for a old country home converted in use for elderly nursing home. (And she got pregnant with my sister when I was only about 2 months old!!!!) Those are bits of my very early days in this world and my parents who were 25 and 23! :)

why: the theme is an easy one for Paper-Rocks-Scissors = use anything paper and/or scissors

what: 2 patterned cardstocks + 2 solid color cardstocks (light blue and white) + scissors used for cutting all the CSs after I had them measured

3. 'thanks so much' clear stamp = in a clear unmarked bag; however I noticed today on this stamp it has "CTMH" in very tiny print = Close To My Heart product

how-to & vendor notes for #2 = Column G using 4 of the 5 elements: Valentine, red, free (inking, stamping, puffy stickers, punch) and gem; I used the 'ticket' punch rather than die-cuts or ephemera.

a. ivory folded card with fold on top horizontal side; also the 'ticket' shape punch-out also used for the stamping; adhered in the middle

c. white posies layered stickers; centers were orange; covered with several red tone markers
