2. pink cardstock layer (Art Skills) and a lavender paper (Neenah) layer barely show under or around the silver doily

MTTCC #78 Holly and or Berries theme DT card for 19 January 2024

Welcome to Becca's Heart for Creativity blog!

Purpose: this post showcases my manager/DT commitment to My Time To Craft Christmas

When: January 19, 2024 is the start date for #78 theme of Holly and/or Berries; competition lasts for 13 days

What: Let There Be Light (and Holly, Pine, and Poinsettia!) card

Notes:

1. altered boxed card from a mixed design set; bought at 50% off at Dollar General; card front panel was trimmed using decorative-edge scissors

2. green cardstock = Neenah

3. candle flames color enhanced = Goldfish Orange and Canary Yellow alcohol markers from Arteza

4. holly spray, small pinecone, and plaid heart stickers = Simple Stories; the white edges of the pinecone and holly were changed with Condensed Milk alcohol marker from Arteza (yes!)--helps to blend into the champagne color of the upcycled card panel

MTTC #522 Christmas Food theme DT card for 1 Dec 2023

What: #522 Christmas Food themed card; I had this new collection and it featured some to-go coffee cups and mugs so I'm using these hot beverage die-cuts for my Christmas Food elements

inside panel accented with the reverse of the SU text paper scrap, the Feelin' Frosty paper scrap, and a text strip from Feelin' Frosty=

2. green with white text print cardstock and its reverse side green with white dot scrap = Stampin' Up

3 turquoise blue cardstock background panel = Astrobrights

4. winter clothing and hot beverages printed cardstocks, die-cuts, enamel dots = Feelin' Frosty collection from Simple Stories

5. glitter glue in purple (bright pink/magenta) = Art Skills; used to adhere the heart shape die-cuts on the card front

Card #1= using very old stash of foam snowflake stickers that most have lost their stickiness; last minute make before the launch===>

Notes:

1. foam snowflakes in 5 colors = very old purchase from Oriental Trading

2. white and purple cardstock scraps= Neenah

3. "MC" gold foil and white glitter dazzles/stickers= Hot Off The Press

4.  Lilac Grey marker outlining around sentiment scrap= Nuvo Alcohol Marker
