Loving my HQFCB #10 design team projects on 4 October 2025

why: This posting showcases two design team projects for the 10th challenge in 2025 for Heart's Quest Fantasy Challenges Blog (formerly TFATU). I've chosen a mix of unicorn 'friends' to be on a wide long vertical slimline card for Project #2 and a blazing red phoenix for Project #1. 

when: #10 publishes on the first Saturday of the month for HQFantasy, so that is October 4, 2025. Because November 1st is the 1st Saturday of the month, I will be closing #10 on October 30 and will be closed on October 31st to give me time for consulting with the team, catch up with commenting, etc. 

what: Project #1 = HQFCB #10 fantasy focus option of phoenix:

how-to &/or vendor notes for #1 = analogous color scheme: gold, peach, orange, red-orange, red, pinks

1. rose red cardstock = Pen + Gear

2. marbled pink and orange thin cardstock = (old); ?/maybe DCVW or Colorbok

3. orange cardstock scrap = Recollections

4. gold foil "Boho life", stars, accent marks = 2 different packages = Crafter's Square

5. phoenix digital image, freebie provided by DT member Wendy and shared on HQFCB blog page designated for free images for personal use = printed on red copy paper = Art Skills (and then it was mounted on more of the marbled pink and orange thin cardstock mentioned in note #2)

6. enamel dots in different tones of oranges and pinks = Freckled Fawn

7. enamel hearts in different tones of red and oranges = Recollections

8. dark brown retractable marker pen = Zebra Clickart

9. Walnut/brown mini stamp pad = Lawn Fawn

22. the 2 patterned cardstocks are reverse sides of each other = very old 10 years+ ; not banded with vendor and don't remember who to credit;

24. gold 'cheers' sticker = from a different package = Crafter's Square

25. white + bright colored cloud and unicorns pop-up stickers = Crafter's Square

26. gold puffy unicorn and puffy gold wing plus gold puffy abstract star stickers = same package set = Crafter's Square
