My HAOOCAYR design team October projects for 1 Oct 2024

purpose: This posting showcases my latest design team member contributions to Halloween And Other Occasion Crafts All Year Round! This month I've created a Halloween and Birthday with Halloween/harvest theme cards for HAOOCAYR. 

when: October 1, 2024 start date for the month of October

what: PROJECT #1: Halloween Boo! Fox card =



notes for #1:

1. printed cardstocks (3 prints) = Pixi Dust Designs

2. fox was fussy cut from a collage scrapbook sheet = Crafter's Square

3. yellow crystal gems = Crafter's Square

4. black permanent marker = stash

5. not showing -- bright orange cardstock panel for the triangle cuts = Art Skills

what: PROJECT #2: very similar layout and with same triangle cut cardstocks ---->> autumn season birthday card

12. black cardstock scrap for punched heart = Neenah

13. orange/squash color for center focal and 1 punched heart laying between owl and black heart = old Pen + Gear

14. owl cardstock image was fussy cut from a collage scrapbook sheet = Crafter's Square

15. "HB" stamp = old SU

16. black ink pad for the stamping = Hero Arts

17. reddish brown colored pencil for faux stitching lines on focal and vein lines on orange heart-shape = stash

  2. this is an awesome card for someone who doesn't have a lot of pumpkins or even ghost stamps...but using your Halloween colors and focusing on the sentiment, it totally works! thanks for joining us at STB!

    1. Yep! The glossy coating on the papers add a great sheen intensifying the bold Halloween colors. So I didn't want to cover them up too much. Thanks for coming by!
