Child 2nd birthday card

Stencils for tracing...grasses and "2". Other techniques were tracing pencil transfer for the bear cubs and fringe cutting the left edge for print paper. All combined to make a delightful card for a little dynamic boy turning 2:

Challenge blogs and FB groups to link/share this bday card:

a. Seize the Birthday #167 [no topping required for this challenge so anything birthday-wise]

c. FB: 100 Pattern Papers Challenge (need to add some old 12 x 12 papers and cardstock mentioned below to my 2019 stack to use before the year is over!)

d. FB: Bash Your Scrapbook Stash; current challenge to bash a paper pad--I pulled a partial old paper pad that I don't know any longer who made it because I bought the papers maybe 8-10 years ago! The marbled cardstock is part of a pad from Colorbok that I've had 1+ year as our the 2 small patterned paper pads bought at Dollar Tree. Both were grabbed from my stock stashed in the garage about 2 days ago.

I'm including photos of the paper pads here but will not post the card until I actually make a layout with the papers.

I'm excited to getting some more old inventory used bit by small bit.

Dimensions are 5.5" x 7" for cardstock base; then 5" x 6"; then I think the diagonal striped was 4.5" x 5 or 5.5"

Cute card for a child's birthday! Love the colors. Love the design style. Love the print mix!

Becca S and there are more scanned photos cropped for different sizes and parts of the card=

    1. Thanks, Diane! I know it is unconventional to stencil images to a patterned paper but thought it would be fun for a kids card!
