Another HOPE verse of the year entry using TN Time with Lisa and Lori challenges no 6

Finally I've had a few hours to do a scrapbook variation using a TN sketch layout and prompt! Back in January I used a set of ringed index cards, standard size, like a mini version of a Traveler Notebook or journal. The sketch layout is courtesy of Lisa, who offers 1 challenge each month for TN Time with Lisa and Lori. Meanwhile, Lori, offers 1 prompt challenge each month with June's needing to include at least 1 item for each letter in the word HOT.

Here's my Proverbs 24:14 entry=

For Lori's June 2019 prompt challenge:
H = hope, honey in the text, honeycomb, hexagons,

O = orange, off is used in the text plus lots of "o"s in other words

T= tab sticker, today, take/take note, that and there are in the text, text, title

The badge Lori created for June 2019:

The sketch Lisa created for June 2019:

I stuck a lot closer to this provided sketch than some of the past ones. Size-wise I had to adjust things like on the bottom left page, I only used 1 horizontal strip with the grid washi tape and kept it short due to the scale. And another tweak for adjusting for scale was the tall vertical section on the right page. I went shorter deliberately because I didn't want it to overwhelm and hide too much of the base patterned paper. However I did add the full length narrow orange strip to carry-over some of that bright orange from the left page.

Love that I finally got another entry completed for my HOPE Bible verse of the year journaling!!! Also love the analogous color scheme of yellow, orange, and red-orange that I used with the neutrals! And of course I love that I got to use up some bits and pieces from my stockpile that I'm focusing on!

Most importantly, I loved that I got to spend some time centered on Proverbs 24:14 with some prayer and reflection. If you find wisdom, it is like finding honey, which in life offers a natural sugar, a sweetener, a bit of food energy to keep you going! Which in turns offers hope for living! Your hope won't end! Wisdom = hope...hope = wisdom
