My MTTCC #102 Sweet Treats theme DT project for 20 December 2024

why/purpose: this posting is for my newest DT project at #102 My Time To Craft Christmas challenge blog with its theme of sweet treats. The topic was suggested by another DT member Miss Mudge (aka Nikki). It can be sweet treats for Christmas, New Years or another winter holiday. Examples can be baked good like pies, cakes, cookies, doughnuts, strudel, etc. They can be beverages like eggnog, milkshakes, mochas/lattes/smoothies, etc. Also included are candies like candy canes, mints, candy bars, ribbon candy, 'rock' candy, candied orange or lemon peels, etc. 

when: #102 starts December 20, 2024

what: Christmas Sweet Treats card

notes: baked round cakes, gingerbread cookies, mints, candy canes

1. recycled curled ribbon

2. decorative text tape = ?/unknown due to receiving in a kindness box

3. stickers = Hallmark

4. white glitter foam snowflakes = Crafter's Square

5. striped paper = SU (and backed with a red and white striped paper paper of the same size that is also SU)

6. green cardstock panel cut to A2 size = Pen + Gear

if I didn't own FQHSKCB or FQGGCB, I could share this card at both of them. FQHSKCB is anything goes food or kitchen. FQGGCB is having a food alphabet game theme focused on letters M-N-O. If I used general word like mints instead of peppermints, I could link up for FQGGCB, too. But as the owner of these 2 blogs, I can't do that. YOU can...please.
