why: This posting shares my 2nd design team project for Creations in Pink, a crafting challenge blog owned by Marlene A. The theme is anything goes mainly in pink. I'm trying to avoid buying more stuff right now and focusing on using stash--my treasures-- treasure hunting through some supplies on my table came up with this pretty unique card.
when: #92 starts April 15, 2026 and lasts to about May 12th.
what: Project #1 = "Together"
and a closeup scan to try to see the alcohol ink better; but I think the scanner light just faded it more; it's actually more like a neon pink in person
how-to & vendor notes for #1 =
1. white cardstock (CS) = Georgia Pacific; half sheet vertically cut then cut into half; 1/2 was deckle-trimmed with decorative scissors then ink stenciled
2. stencil "Cracked" = Pink & Main
3. "Violet Breeze" alcohol marker = Nuvo
4. framed 'mirror' with gold foil heart and pink flowers ephemera = Prima Marketing
5. pink label sticker & 'together' text sticker = Snow Pine Lodge sticker book = Simple Stories
6. bright pink colored pencil = Marvy Uchida

1B. Stencil Fun challenge; started on April 5th; anything goes using a stencil (option of stenciled rainbow colors); My project has a very light pink alcohol marker stenciled background using Pink & Main's "Cracked" stencil

1C. The Sisterhood of Crafters; new on April 8th; theme of "Make Someone Smile"; My card is pretty. It's soft pastel pink and blush tones are delicate.
