April 2020 monthly challenge Spring or Easter with ribbon or bow theme at APTS blog

Welcome to Becca's Heart for Creativity blog! Thanks for reading my blog! My heart and soul love Easter with its promise of resurrected life, re-birth. Using lambs and butterflies are very symbolic images that I've selected for my DT project at A Place To Start blog.

Speaking of re-birth, the fence digital image is from a company that has undergone a name change, having its own renewal in the midst of some stamping/digi companies closing and others emerging. Scrapper's Delight is now Stampers Delights.

Design Notes:
a. the solid color CS are Astrobrights/Neenah
b. the alpha stickers, flower layered sticker, and butterfly stick-on are Crafter's Choice
c. fence digital image is from Stampers Delights; sponsor for the APTS' April 2020 challenge
d. cording and mini dot patterned paper were bought at Dollar Tree along with the stickers
e. sheep image is an online clipart free black and white that I downloaded and printed at wallet size
f. colored pencils were used to add a bit of subtle color to the fence digi and also the sheep
g. the card's layout is loosely based on the April Week 1 sketch challenge at 52 CCT; the sheep is where the circle should be and the fence pickets are a 180* rotation of the banner/ribbon tails under the circle area on the sketch. Paper shapes were changed to several layers of rectangles instead of 2 squares and some additional embellishments added.

I'm also participating or sharing at these online blogs or FB groups=
