1. white card base with heart opening and tri-fold plus the gold metallic foil "Best Wishes" = Hot Off The Press via Paper Wishes website
2. the swan and pink with text print heart die-cuts = Prima Marketing
3. one side's main ink applied color was Pink Pirouette and the other side was a Sugarplum = Stampin' Up classic ink pads
4. the accent inks/pads = Memento
5. the heart gem accent = Crafter's Square
