The silver glitter tape has my sparkle for this layout. The stars are sprinkled around (if that counts). I tried to concentrate the embellishments into a triangle at the top half of the LO. These photos, not good quality, were from my niece's 7th birthday party in 2009.

Some design notes:
a. two patterned papers on left side are from The Paper Studio
b. the stars print paper and the wavy rainbow striped paper are from a small pad bought at Dollar Tree
c. silver glitter tape on the left side has the sparkle for the layout and the challenge for CKC
d. star border tape (an old newspaper graphics from about 25-30 years ago);
e. lots of star stickers from 3 different sheets
f. soft pink paper was used for background mounts for all 4 cropped photos
g. blueberry marbled cardstock from Colorbok
