November 2018 second half kit for CKC blog challenge

Seasonal Nature Travel Sojourn kit has expanded

Counterfeit Kit Challenge blog's premise is to copy-cat other vendors' or individuals' kits each month and even try forgeries whether it is a background paper or frames or embellishments. This November it is a non-traditional color palette and themes with rainbows, clouds, butterflies, hearts, stars, foxes, and other unexpected designs. Last week I showed the first half of the kit. This post has the 2nd half.

BELOW: some embellishments and tapes pulled out and some more papers picked for rainbow hues, butterflies, stars, barn siding, and bright tones.

BELOW: blue glitter paper, white CS, blueberry CS, music print followed by other papers picked for either color, weather, script, or travel themes. (Georgia-Pacific for cardstock, CS, 4 The Paper Studio prints, and 2 Carta Bella Blvd.)

ABOVE: this is the full curated kit that is the November 2018 inspiration. It is from Citrus Twist and was called "Little Things". For CKC blog.

ABOVE: freebie from Stamplorations--I spent 3 different nights coloring these adorable mug images that I sized to fit 9 to one full sheet. Colored pencils were used to have softer values but also layer some of the tones to add depth and variation. Can't wait to use them this week for Thanksgiving cards!!! [look at the scraps and small papers I pulled that go well with 1, 2 or 3 columns of images!!!]

ABOVE: This was a coloring book page that I spent one night coloring with markers and colored pencils. If you glance back at the CKC blog picked inspiration photo you will see a lot of the same colors reflected in my scrap page. Can't wait to use this for a layout!

Stay tuned for 2 more posts that show layouts using papers and stickers seen in the top pictures.
