Loving my HQFCB at TFATU #8 DT fantasy projects for 2 August 2025

why: Loving some sweet dreams in make-believe world! Heart's Quest Fantasy Challenges blog is still using the old TFATU address. #8 theme is anything goes fantasy with the fantasy focus option of dragon(s).

HQCB or former TFATU #9 for 2024 September using fantasy focus option Pegasus for 7 Sept 2024

Welcome To Becca's Heart for Creativity blog!

purpose: This posting is about Sweet Dreams and Best Wishes of imagination and fantasy. Heart's Quest Fantasy Challenges blog is the new name for the former "TFATU" or The Fairy and The Unicorn. The theme is anything goes fantasy with the September fantasy focus option of Pegasus! YES! We are showcasing the make-believe winged horse...remember, NOT a unicorn...the mythical winged horse called Pegasus.

when: #9 September 2024 started Saturday September 7th and will end on the last day of the month. HQFCB starts each monthly competition on the 1st Saturday.

what: "Love and Hugs from Pegasus card

notes:

1. left-folded white card for the base

2. large rectangle print blue-n-white vinyl = sticky wallpaper section = Crafter's Square

3. tiny turquoise blue and white geometric print paper = recycled business envelope paper (print is for security lining)

4. light blue punched cardstock circles = Pen + Gear

5. 'love' and 'hugs' foil stickers = originally silver metallic foil was coated with navy blue permanent marker = bought from Paper Wishes website

Best Wishes and Sweet Dreams #8 HQFCB Main Post Projects for 3 August 2024

Welcome to Becca's Heart for Creativity blog!

purpose: this posting showcases two newest fantasy projects for HQFCB (formerly known as TFATU). The fairy bookmark is my choice for the main monthly theme of "Anything Goes Fantasy". And the elf bookmark is my August focus option project.

when: #8 for 2024 starts on the first Saturday of the month, August 3rd

what: PROJECT #1 = HQFCB #8 Anything Goes Fantasy choice of fairy

notes:

1. white cardstock base and also smaller 4" high panel = Neenah

2. ink pads = SU (Island Indigo and a bit of Dapper Denim showing on the base; Always Artichoke and a smidge of Lemon Lime Twist for the smaller panel)

3. text strip sticker = old Webster's Pages product (fussy cut/reduced in size to fit)

4. tree with jars filled with fireflies = recycle/upcycle solicitated mail envelope

5. fairy and fireflies prints shown on the upper half = free for personal use ---> The Clipart Library website

6. striped woven ribbon; cut to length, tied, then each half cut into fourths = old; Hobby Lobby

Best Wishes and Sweet Dreams #7.5 HQFCB reminder DT projects

purpose: this posting showcases my two DT projects for the #7.5 reminder post for HQFCB (the former TFATU) that has a monthly anything goes fantasy theme plus the July fantasy focus option on mermaid(s)

when: #7.5 is the reminder # for the midway post for Heart's Quest Fantasy Challenge blog on July 20, 2024 and the deadline date is July 31, 2024; also this month HQFCB is expanding their accepted formats beyond cards: paintings, framed home decor, tags, bookmarks, scrapbook layouts, etc.

TFATU July 2023 Reminder Post DT extra inspiration card

TFATU design inspiration card for February 2023 REMINDER

Welcome to Becca's Heart for Creativity blog! My heart is so very happy to be sharing my 4th card as owner/design team member for The Fairy and The Unicorn Challenge blog! February 4-28, 2023 is the competition period for Anything Goes Fantasy (includes mythical and mystical).

TFATU January 2023 REMINDER card PLUS Collaboration with Double Trouble

Welcome to Becca's Heart for Creativity blog! It's a wonderful opportunity for The Fairy and The Unicorn challenge blog to collaborate with Double Trouble! D.T.C.B. has such an unique way to approach challenge themes and to do it in a way that supports another challenge blog!

TFATU folk art angel inspiration card for 7 January 2022

Welcome to Becca's Heart for Creativity blog! Well, I did this thing in November. I heard that there was a blog owner who announced that the November challenge would be its last. I asked if I could take it over and the owner agreed. Within 48 hours or less, we just about had everything updated and you will see some new themed cards/tags/journals starting with this January 7, 2023 posting. So what is TFATU? It's the acronym for "The Fairy and The Unicorn" Challenge blog. Deadline is January 31.

Maybe you will see a Yeti/Sasquatch featured card sometime in 2023!!! This first design team inspiration card as owner features a folk art angel that was cut from Christmas gift wrap paper!
