why: This posting showcases my next 2 design team inspiration projects for P-R-S that debuted in February 2025. It's super easy to link up--just use paper and/or scissors...journaling, mixed media, scrapbook layouts, tags, bookmarks, party invites, etc. 

when: #2 anything goes using paper and/or scissors theme at Paper-Rocks-Scissors starts on March 2, 2025 and lasts the whole month

what: Project #1: Made in Spain postcard from unnamed year and blank reverse side was bought at the little antique resale shop in my small community!!! This image is Greco's recreation of Toledo {new to me}

notes for #1: paper items are: blue cardstock, floral napkin panel, and postcard cardstock; scissors used for dual-sided adhesive tape strips for adhering, cutting the string, trim cuts at top and bottom edges of the postcard

1. light blue 6" square cardstock = Art Skills

2. napkin = ?/received in a junk journaling swap

3. string = old stash item

4. paper towel (not shown) was used to absorb extra ink from inking/dyeing the string

5. Royal Blue alcohol marker = Arteza (for the string)

6. large blue crystal gem = from a mix size and color set = Crafter's Square

7. postcard origins = ?/bought in 2024 at Donn's Antiques and More store; says it was made in Spain; I live in Illinois!!!!

what: Project #2: dog-eared tag

notes for #2: "You're a beauty" tag combines 4 companies' products

Paper usage= tag; 3 die-cut ephemera; coated paper stickers (sentiment, green heart and the lily pad flower)

Scissors usage = cut ribbon and cording

22. "You're a beauty" stickers, little green heart sticker, and the lily pad flower sticker = Everly Lane sticker book by Fancy Pants Designs 2024

23. pink heart, yellow flower and yellow butterfly die-cut ephemera = Simple Stories' Beautiful Memories Page Pieces ephemera 2021

24. cording and sheer ribbon = both bought at Dollar Tree/Crafter's Square
