why: I'm connected to this challenge blog when it was first created by Leslie T, being part of her original design team and becoming her back-up co-owner. When she decided to switch her focus to be more centered on company product teams, she asked me first if I wanted to be sole owner and I quickly said yes. I love that there are 5 columns of choices and you can creatively select which of the elements to use (or use all 5!).

why: This post's purpose is to showcase a new DT inspiration card for #94 at AA or Ally's Angels. It's a challenge blog with anything goes theme each offset month. My choice this time was to punch the circle (sky/inked) then ink the front panel. Next was to stamp the sentiment within the circle. Lastly adding the embossed stickers and little hearts and dots to create a scene. That was describing steps for Project #1 Llama card. For #2, clear glue was used to adhere the little parachute guy to the chalkboard tag. Overnight dry time was needed. The tag came with the natural beige cording so I added red and black cording, added a bunch of little enamel dots to look like other stuff floating in the sky. Colorful alpha stickers arranged in a staggered order than completes the fun tag!

My MTTC #559 DT theme is Giant Dog-Ear Topped Tag Shape Card for 2 May 2025

what: Hello Sunshine Giant tag based card

notes:

1. heavy kraft cardstock cut to 5" high x 4.75" wide; at each top corner I measured and marked on the back side towards the top center 3/4" and then down the side to 1 1/4" then with ruler matching those points did a pencil line for cutting...this was to make the 'dog ears' = Colorbok

2. neon green, neon yellow and neon orange cardstocks faded from scanning = Astrobrights/Neenah

3. "Hello" and "sunshine" clear stamps from sheet of expressions = Crafter's Square

4. large butterfly (layered print plastic shapes); 1 of 3 pack = Crafter's Square

5. gold metallic glitter decorative tape = old stash item

6. behind the butterfly, the 'sun' is recycled kraft/back side tissues box that has a layer of red-orange colored pencil, a layer of orange glitter paint pen then topped with a metallic gold waxy/gel highlighter = stash items

1. one layer = thin index card = Jot (chicken ring set with covers and elastic band closure)

2. green = yellow-green of the Lemon Lime Twist stamp pad and then the grass green of Emerald Envy stamp pad = SU

3. free = grayish-purple stamp pad for butterflies and the postage stamp kind of journal stamp; lilac pink, yellow, orange, bright bold pink/magenta ink dots from markers; black ink from Hero Arts stamp pad

4. stamped images or text = both ==> plants, butterflies and journal text stamps are from Crafter's Square; girl image stamp is from Creative Devotion; 'you're kind of the best ever' stamp (might be SU; in unmarked plastic bag)

5. ink smears and/or blending = for smearing: lemon lime twist was applied first and then pink pirouette went on top before stamping or adding ink dots= SU stamp pads

Loving my HAOOCAYR #24 DT projects on 1 March 2025

WHY: My heart is happy to share my newest design team (DT) inspiration projects for my blogger/artisan friend Deanne's HAOOCAYR...Halloween and other occasions crafts all year round. This is #24 with the 2 main themes of Halloween and Birthday plus optional themes St. Patrick's Day and/or Caffeine. (see the badge further down).

WHEN: #24 is published on March 1, 2025 and is open for the whole month.

WHAT: Project #1 = Halloween

notes for #1:

1. black cardstock cut to 6" square = Neenah

2. peach is neon deep orange cardstock cut to 5.5" square = Astrobrights/Neenah

why: This is a quick post because I've got lots of challenge blogs and DT commitments launching new challenges on Feb 28, March 1 and March 2. There are 4 each day x 3 days in a row = 12 challenge blogs. And many of them I've done 2 projects for!! CutCardStock company has a FB group called "Creating with CutCardStock" administered by Leslie T. Several on the CCS design team I've worked/are working with or have linked to challenge blogs that they've been DT members of in recent years. 

when: February bookmark/tag challenge for a gift card to CCS using CCS product is over February 28, 2025; I've entered 2 projects however more than 1 person has to enter before the gift card will be rewarded!!!!

what: light theme for Christmas/winter holiday cards can be any source of light ===> lamps, lanterns, candles, fireplaces/fires, strings of lights, etc.  I chose candles.
