January 2020 Week 4 Technique Challenge of Embossing Impressions for 52 CCT blog

For 52 Christmas Card Throwdown blog's 4th challenge with the technique of embossing, I decided to do an embossing or texture rub- kind of impressing using a snowflake plastic embossed 'plate'. I used 2 different blue and 1 silver crayons to do the impressions. The panel is edged in silver glitter paint pen and black marker.

This is my #4 of 52 for the year! only 48 more to go!!! :)

Notes:
a. the snowflake texture plates were purchased many years ago from Oriental Trading Company
b. "Joy" is raised by a foam square and the 2nd 'round' was actually on a wider square of blue and was bought in a set as Christmas gift enclosure type tags
c. the silver snowflake sticker has been in my stash for years.
d. the white scalloped 4.25" x 5.5" flat card base was part of my Christmas gift this year from my sister--WOOT!!!
e. the turquoise paper in the background was used behind the card to block out scanner 'gray tones'
