PPCCB #362

My creative design team inspiration creation is yellow dahlias from Fred She Said Designs:

Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenges Blog
#362

Theme: Anything Goes
Sponsors: 2--Sparkle n Sprinkle Store and Fred She Said Designs Store
Prizes: $15 to EACH store

Visit the blog to get all the details like how many times you can link a posted creation, see the blog's guidelines, look and comment at the design team inspirations, etc.

The design team split up and selected from images offered by both sponsors with amazingly beautiful results. Quite a diverse range of techniques, colors, themes, etc.; a little bit of something for everyone!!!

Here are some more details about my January 10th PCCB #362 design team inspiration:

a. neon yellow green cardstock base (Astrobrights by Neenah Papers Inc.)
b. pink cardstock scrap (Colorbok)
c. designer papers (The Paper Studio by Hobby Lobby)
d. Psalm 23:3 featured calendar page recycled/upcycled
e. silver metallic gift tag cording stapled to tag
f. yellow dahlia colored images were amplified with markers and colored pencils to add interest and were fussy cut
g. yellow dahlia on left was made the more focal piece of the two by having additional leaf and adding the extra slightly smaller dahlia on top

Please visit our sponsors shops so they will continue to support crafting blogs and bloggers as well as the design team and those crafters who have taken time to make a challenge creation and link up to PCCB.

Still crafting in the cold messy USA Midwest, Becca

    1. Thanks so much, Linda! I liked how the calendar scene is repeating those yellows and greens of the dahlias and that's why I picked it. I appreciate you taking time to stop by my blog!
